The influence of MWCNT-COOH with different concentrations (0-0.25 wt%) on glass transition temperature (Tg), Yield strength, Young’s and storage modulus of epoxy (EP) matrix was investigated. Dispersion of MWCNT in the EP composite was also observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The mechanical properties were obtained by Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA) and tensile test measurements. The results showed that the yield strength of EP/ MWCNT-COOH nanocomposites increased about 60% with the addition of 0.15 wt% MWCNT-COOH nanofiller.
