The manufacturing of high-performance electromagnetic (EM) wave absorbers is essential to reduce the human harms and dangers of these waves. In this research, the preparation and characterization of Epoxy/CNT-PPy nanocomposites prepared in solution mode were investigated. The effect of morphology-electrical conductivity relationship on absorbing electromagnetic nanocomposite shields based on epoxy resin containing 0.25 to 1 wt.% of CNT-PPy nanoparticles was evaluated. The direct current (DC) electrical conductivity results showed a low electrical percolation threshold of about 0.25 wt.% of CNT-PPy due to the excellent dispersion of nanoparticles in epoxy resin that showed by SEM micrographs. Electromagnetic absorption by the vector network analyzer showed a maximum shielding efficiency up to 25dB for the 1 wt.% CNT-PPy filled nanocomposite with a thickness of 5 mm.
