Nanoparticles have been considered in recent years due to their properties in stimulating the immune system.The special advantage of these particles for widespread use, especially in medicine, is their small size, which Worthy helps them cross biological barriers. These compounds can affect the functioning of the immune system by interacting with the body's innate. Chitosan and alginate are inexpensive, biocompatible polymers with biodegradability and non-toxic nature of natural origin, which used as effective nanoparticles with the ability to overlap with materials.Many drugs are rejected in the clinical phase due to their inability to bind to the target, and many of them are destroyed in normal tissues and organs, often leading to severe side effects. This study aimed to investigate the performance of nanobodies prepared against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria after loading on chitosan and alginate nanoparticles. After confirming the loading, for the assessment Nanobody loaded on nanoparticles, injection experiments on mice BALB/c, and microassay were used. In the method of injection into BALB/c mice, the mortality rate was reported to be 100% for chitosan-loaded nanobodies and 80% for alginate-loaded nanobodies in the samples infected with Staphylococcus aureus.In the microassay experiment, by investigating the amount of light absorption at 630 and 490 wavelengths, the growth inhibition rate was reported to be about 90% for chitosan-loaded nanobodies and 80% for alginate-loaded nanobodies Results showed, that chitosan-loaded nanobodies in preventing death in mice Bacterial contaminants and inhibition of bacterial growth had a better response than alginate-loaded nanobodies
