Abstract: Plant-mediated green synthesis of MNPs has been increasingly gaining popularity due to cost-efficient and environmentally methods. In the present study, we synthesized AgNPs by using an aqueous solution of different organs of R.crispus extracts as a reducing agent. The AgNPs were characterized using a Uv-Vis spectrophotometer. The results indicated the formation of AgNPs and higher stability of Root-mediated Ag NPs than other parts of the plant. The antimicrobial activities were examined against E.coli(ATCC43894), using the disc diffusion method. These results showed that the inclusion of seed extracts improves the toxicity of the NPs against the assessed microorganisms with higher efficiency than other parts of the plant.
