Send presentation file to Congress (for speakers)

Considering Congress's virtuality, it is necessary to send the presentation file and its video file to the Secretariat. The video file of your speech will be used in case of your absence or your desire to play the video of your speech, so if you do not want to do this and you want to present your file online, there is no need to send a video file.
Step 1: Prepare files
- To convert your PowerPoint file to PDF in the PowerPoint environment, follow File> Export> Create PDF / XPS Document as shown below. (Convert PowerPoint file to pdf to prevent clutter and also reduce its size).

Step 2: Send files
After preparing your files, please follow the steps below to send your presentation file and video of your presentation to the Secretariat:
Log in to the file upload page (click here to enter the page) Enter the name, mobile number, and speech title in the appropriate fields, and finally in the last fields of the PowerPoint file select the speech and the video file prepared in step 1.
If you have more than one presentation, repeat this process for your other speeches as well.

سلام ببخشید هفته پیش جمعه برای من پیام اومد که مقاله من در بخش پوستر قبول شده من الان میخوام پوسترش رو بفرستم ولی بسته شده امروز تازه یک هفته شده و فرصت هم یک هفته هست پس چرا بسته شده قسمت ارسال پوستر خواهشا رسیدگی کنید
